Starcraft Strategy

It doesn't take long to discover that there is in fact alien life in a sector known as Koprulu, and so the UED (United Earth Directorate), the international agency that controls Earth, makes a decision to send an expeditionary force to see if they can secure the Koprulu sector and prevent the alien inhabitants from finding Earth. Two days after the end of Starcraft, the Brood War commences.

Every strategy has a counter strategy, so depending on what race you are playing, and what race you are playing against, will somewhat determine the best strategies for you to play. One of the best rated and widely reported strategies is the Drop strategy. This strategy can be used with any of the races.

Not only does each race have different strengths and weaknesses, each also has its own attack and counter attack strategies. Depending on the ability to build units, absorb damage and advance on enemy forces, each race has a unique style of playing the game, which is versatile enough that this style may change depending on the opponent at the time.

Although this sounds like a lot of varying components to consider, there is also the fact that different abilities are evident at different stages of the game, so what may be an effective strategy in the early stages, may not be so effective at the mid stage of the game. Using resources to build strength in your army is one thing each player should focus on, and also building the ability to mine for the power or fuel you need to build that army, is crucial.
